In preparation of startup of an agreement, all specifications, client requirements and terms and conditions of the contract are finalised and confirmed, if appropriate at a meeting between our clients and the relevant personnel from our offices. All matters discussed are recorded specifically in the industrial or commercial gutter maintenance contract.

All client contact details are obtained and our company contact details, including details of the Project Manager for the works and relevant mobile numbers etc of both office and site staff, are issued.

If additional staff/resources are required to comply with the contract terms, these are sourced and planned well in advance of the works commencing.

Teamwork, organisation, and communication at all levels is absolutely vital and all concerned are briefed in full on the contract. We will keep you informed on a regular basis of our progress and expect regular review meetings to monitor our performance and provide relevant feedback.

Our lead time is subject to the size and nature of the works but in all cases would be a minimum of one week, for all commercial and industrial nationwide jobs.
