Kathy and Paul Blair

The UK Gutter Maintenance Ltd senior management team is led by Kathy and Paul Blair, who are both co-owners and directors of the company. Paul and Kathy both have marketing & sales backgrounds but have worked in the construction industry for contractors over many years, therefore they can empathise with their client’s expectations and never lose sight of them.

Marc Thompson
Health and Safety Manager

An expert in his field of Health and Safety and highly technical Marc who is a member of IOSH is the backbone of UKGM as he constantly monitors every aspect of Health and Safety.  He is committed to the comprehensive training of all staff to ensure our team always comply with current Health & Safety legislation.

Noel Wilders
Operations Manager

Operations Manager Noel had a glittering boxing career prior to joining UK Gutter Maintenance, winning Bantamweight titles throughout his career spanning from 1995 to 2006, the highlight being becoming the IBO World Champion in 2000. Today Noel treats his work at UK Gutter Maintenance with the same commitment, enthusiasm and passion he had for his boxing, he was promoted from General Foreman to Operations Manager on 01.04.2019.

Dawn Johnston
Client Liaison Manager

Dawn has come from a PA background working with various Managing Directors, where organisational and planning skills were essential. These skills are also a key requirement within UKGM for general day to day operational issues and for meeting set deadlines.

During Dawn’s previous roles she has travelled the length and breadth of the country, which enables her to route and efficiently manage the UK Gutter Maintenance workload and routing of the teams.
