Overview Upon receipt of any initial enquiry we will work with you to tailor a package that suits your exact specification and requirements. All works are allocated a named Project Manager and are carried out by experienced two man teams who are directly employed and uniformed and fully qualified for working at height. All teams are supplied with boom vans as a standard piece of access equipment and are fully equipped with specialist safety equipment, particularly for undertaking works on fragile roofs or where skylights are present. Additional equipment is resourced to suit each individual task and the appropriate team members are deployed to deliver a bespoke service to our clients’ individual requirements. Any Health and Safety set up requirements are dealt with by our in-house Health and Safety Manager. Communication with our clients is a key to our ongoing success and we will endeavour to keep you fully informed of our progress before, during and upon completion of the work. Digital before and after photographs of works are always provided together with reports upon on any major defects found or areas of concern. Should there be any minor defects found, wherever possible these are rectified before we leave the site. Upon completion of works a process of analysis is completed and workmanship is assessed; only when the client is 100% satisfied are we happy of a job well done.
