All call outs are normally attended to within 3-5 days (subject to each individual client’s requirements) and in cases of emergencies such as water running onto electrics etc we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Common call out problems that we deal with on an almost daily basis include gutters overtopping back into the building; blocked outlets; leaking gutters; holes in roofs and leaks around skylights.
The numerous companies for whom we work for have a large portfolio of properties and analysis and experience has shown that when adverse weather conditions prevail they are all likely to experience some at height problem with their gutters or roofs on at least one of their properties in a specific geographical area.
Consequently if you have a problem somewhere in the country one of our two man teams with their liveried 16.5 m boom vans are already likely to be routed to that area for another call out. In this way we can offer very reasonable call our rates for the vast majority of re-active works we undertake.
Within one week of the works being carried out before and after digital photographs will always be provided, together with a report on the works undertaken and any additional major defects found or areas of concern.
