UK Gutter Maintenance Ltd has a carefully selected team whose variety of skills and expertise allows us to deliver value for money solutions for your property needs, professionally, efficiently and safely. 

Our senior management team is led by Kathy and Paul Blair, who are both co-owners and directors of the company.  Between them, the couple have over forty years experience working within specialised service industries, ten of which have been dedicated to gutter cleaning activities.  Both Kathy and Paul have a passionate belief in what their company stands for and a refreshingly uncomplicated common sense approach to managing the business.  Their work ethic is based around teamwork and by placing a greater reliance and responsibility on those who work with them they have succeeded in achieving a consistently high and personal level of service that they believe is unrivalled in the industry.

Placing utmost importance on Health and Safety the couple chose to appoint a Health and Safety Manager, Mr Martin Young whose sole responsibility is to ensure that all works are undertaken in a safe manner.  Martin has had a long and varied career, primarily within the construction sector and several years ago took the decision to obtain a NEBOSH qualification and focus on Health and Safety. Martin’s particular expertise lies in working at height and he has proven to be an invaluable asset to the company.

The on-site personnel are managed by two senior regional supervisors who have over ten years experience as gutter cleaning operatives. With their vast knowledge and skills they directly manage the on-site teams, carry out site surveys, project manage contracts and have overall responsibility and accountability for the gutter cleaning works that are carried out.
